Shipping Policy
Processing time
Once your order is confirmed via email, please allow 1–10 business days for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, supplier confirmation, warehouse handling, and preparation for dispatch. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
We do not display live stock levels or guarantee that all items are immediately available for dispatch at the time of purchase. While most items are available, some products—particularly those with high demand or sourced from suppliers—may require additional processing time.
Customers are welcome to check availability via live chat or email before placing an order. If availability is not confirmed before purchase, orders may be subject to supplier availability at the time of processing.
Shipping rates and delivery time
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
- Estimated delivery times are typically 1–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier used.
- All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, public holidays, peak trading periods, or disruptions to suppliers and logistics.
- We take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes.
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be supplied within a reasonable time. What constitutes a reasonable time depends on the nature of the goods, supplier availability, and external delivery conditions.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by third-party couriers and may not reflect real-time movement. A lack of immediate tracking updates does not indicate that an order has not been shipped.
Shipping areas
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Stock availability
We make reasonable efforts to manage product availability; however, stock levels are not live, and availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of purchase due to supplier-managed inventory, demand fluctuations, and logistics timing.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, the order may be placed on backorder and processed once stock becomes available. Customers are not automatically notified at the time an order is placed on backorder.
Backorders
Certain items may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand or supplier delays.
- Orders on backorder will be dispatched once stock becomes available.
- Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.
- Customers may contact us at any time to request a stock update.
- You may request a refund at any time before dispatch.
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately at our discretion.
- Backorder and dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may change due to supplier or logistics delays.
Delays
Delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, or peak demand periods. While we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external events, we will assist by providing information and support in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
