Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day change of mind return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you no longer want the product. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) returns.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly different from its description, or not of acceptable quality.
- Return courier costs and restocking fees do not apply to ACL returns
- The remedy provided (repair, replacement, or refund) depends on whether the issue is classified as a major or minor failure under the ACL
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, return courier costs and restocking fees do not apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Change of mind returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Change of mind returns are subject to return courier costs and supplier restocking fees. These fees vary depending on the item’s size, weight, location, and supplier policy.
Applicable fees will be confirmed before collection is booked. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel the return request provided the collection has not yet occurred.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Large or bulky items may attract higher return courier and restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

With the advanced 250W brushless system, you can dial in the level that your pedalling efforts are amplified. Those hills you least look forward to will become favourites! You also have the option to take advantage of the throttle lever to cruise along and take in the scenery.
The MX7 series e-MTB comes equipped with Shimano 7-speed SIS-Index gears and derailleur, and a high performance VELO saddle. Front and rear disc brakes and low-profile dual rubber compound 27.5 Maxxis Pace tyres offer serious control.
The Valk MX7 electric bike takes advantage of the latest lithium-ion technology with its 36V 10Ah battery that combines with the brushless motor to provide serious power on tap, coupled with an impressive range of up to 40km.
As you ride, the good-sized LCD clearly displays the details you need; Speed, Power Assistance Level, Distance and Battery Charge, and also has a USB outlet for convenient phone charging. The LED headlight is wired to the bikes battery and provides brilliant illumination for night riding. The XDT front forks are adjustable and feature lock out. And, when youre done, the battery is easily removed for a recharge.
