Shipping Policy

Processing time
Once your order is confirmed via email, please allow 1–10 business days for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, supplier confirmation, warehouse handling, and preparation for dispatch. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Processing times may vary depending on supplier confirmation, warehouse handling times, and order volume. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you if delays extend beyond normal processing timeframes.

We take reasonable steps to process and dispatch orders promptly. Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be supplied within a reasonable time.

Stock availability & backorders
We make best efforts to maintain accurate stock availability across our store. Stock levels are managed through supplier networks and are not displayed in real time.

We do not represent items as in stock where availability cannot be confirmed. While most items are available within standard processing timeframes, some products may require additional time due to supplier availability or demand.

If an item is unavailable at the time of processing, it may be fulfilled on backorder and shipped once stock becomes available.

Product descriptions may include additional availability information where relevant. Stock remains subject to supplier confirmation in all cases.

Customers are welcome to confirm availability via live chat or email before placing an order.

Placing an item on backorder is not prohibited under the Australian Consumer Law, provided the item is supplied within a reasonable time or a suitable remedy is offered where delays become unreasonable.

Shipping rates and delivery time

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times are typically 1–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier used.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather events, public holidays, or peak trading periods.
  • We take reasonable steps to ensure delivery occurs within a reasonable time.
  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by third-party couriers and may not reflect real-time movement. Delays in tracking updates are common and do not indicate that an order has not been dispatched.

Shipping areas
We currently ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, including regional or remote areas. We take reasonable steps to ensure delivery occurs within a reasonable time.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (for Australian customers) and applicable consumer laws in New Zealand remain unaffected.

Backorders
Some items may be fulfilled on backorder due to supplier delays or stock availability.

  • Backorder items are shipped once stock becomes available.
  • Backorder timeframes depend on supplier availability and may vary.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to contact you where delays extend beyond normal processing timeframes.
  • You may request a refund at any time before dispatch. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
  • If a delay becomes unreasonable, you may request a refund or other applicable remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately.

Delays
Delivery may be affected by courier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, or peak demand periods. Where delays occur, we will provide assistance and updates where available. We will continue to act in accordance with our obligation to supply goods within a reasonable time.
