No-Fee Returns Cover

Coverage Period
No-Fee Returns Cover applies for 14 days from the date of delivery and is valid only for the order it is attached to.

What is Covered

  • Return courier costs for eligible change of mind returns
  • Supplier restocking fees (where applicable) for eligible change of mind returns
  • Return handling and administration fees for eligible change of mind returns

What is Not Covered

  • Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described items (covered under Australian Consumer Law)
  • Returns requested outside the 14-day change of mind period
  • Items that are used, assembled, damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (unless required under Australian Consumer Law)
  • Non-returnable items listed in our Return & Refund Policy
  • Warranty claims and manufacturer-related faults
  • Direct exchanges

How to Make a Return Request

  1. Contact us at hello@ozgoodsdepot.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Assessment – Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Approval – If approved, return arrangements will be made without applicable fees.

Return Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Items must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify under this cover.
  • Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be declined.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • This cover applies only once per order and is non-transferable.
  • This cover applies only to the original purchaser.
  • This cover cannot be transferred to another order or product.
  • This cover is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
  • Abuse or repeated misuse of this cover may result in future return requests being declined.

Shipping Costs

  • Return courier costs for approved change of mind returns are covered under this policy.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, significantly different from its description, or not of acceptable quality.
  • Return courier and restocking fees do not apply to approved ACL returns.

This No-Fee Returns Cover provides additional benefits beyond your rights under the ACL. It does not limit, restrict, or replace any consumer guarantees.
