We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it within 7 business days. If approved, we will notify you and provide further details.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees are applied to returned items, as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Coverage Period

The 3-Year Extended Warranty begins immediately after the standard manufacturer’s warranty expiration and provides coverage for eligible products for an additional 36 months.

What is Covered

  • Parts and labour are required to restore the product to its original operational condition.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Cosmetic issues, including scratches, dents, or fading, that do not affect the product's functionality.
  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts such as batteries, filters, or bulbs.
