Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed via email, we aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight and location during checkout. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

Stock Availability
We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll place it on backorder. You’ll have the option to wait for a restock, swap for a different item, or cancel your order for a full refund.

Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
